Agni, the Sacred Inner-Fire

Agni – Sacred Power of Transformation

agni retreat.png

The ancient science of Ayurveda describes digestion as a sacred fire. Personified in by the Vedic tradition as the god Agni Deva, the digestive fire in the belly consumes our food and transmutes it into the elements of the body, mind and spirit. However, the role of Agni is far greater than just the mere digestive function. Agni represents the power to transform.

During this extended weekend, we will explore the whole range of yoga asanas, focusing on improving our inner power of transformation. Through these physical postures, and a safe yoga practice, we will focus on an optimal alignment of the body, in tune with a deep breath, and cultivate the awareness of our own inner-world.

Breathing techniques & meditation will allow us to go deeper into the understanding of the secret of our metabolism, and discover how we can boost it to keep our body (and mind) healthy and running. On a more tantric aspect, we will see how this concept will give us essential keys to prepare our body-mind-spirit for a spiritual profound transformation.

Beginners or advance practitioners, this retreat will give you a deep understanding of yourself, on both physical and spiritual level, refining the cohesion between them, creating the perfect soil for your own evolution, as you become more deeply attuned with yourself, as a whole.
