During these 2 days, we will explore the secret and implication of Yoga Nidra, an ancient but highly powerful state of dynamic sleep, to induce a true transformative relaxation. Step by step, we will explore how to consciously relax the entire body, staying alert at the same time.

Through the practice, we will learn how to create a effective resolve (called Sankalpa), an essential step toward self-realization, and discover how to remain aware to achieve true deep relaxation.

After this experience, you will understand how to induce a complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation, while your consciousness is functioning at a deeper level of awareness. Yoga Nidra will also help you to achieve a deeper meditative state, making your mind more conducive to concentration and contemplation, main steps towards true meditation.

Program of the day:

  • Morning yoga Nidra session, followed by the breakfast
  • Free time until 5pm to rest and relax, to discover the surroundings, or to taste the delights of the local cuisine (only one meal will be provided during the weekend)
  • Evening yoga Nidra session

David is a yoga therapist and Ayurveda practitioner, trained in India and Turkey (RYT 500). Through years of practice and study of many different styles of Yoga, he has developed a unique practice, with a simple and effective method of teaching, with an emphasis on adequate body alignment & breathing. Spiritually inspired by the wisdom and compassion of the Buddhist tradition, each practice becomes a holistic journey that cultivates awareness & acceptance, authentic and universal values that give us the opportunity to discover who we really are, and to find our true place.

Because David’s style is enhanced by his experience as an Ayurveda Practitioner and Yoga therapist, all classes, from a restorative/relaxing approach to the more powerful and challenging practice, are designed according to the students’ levels and needs (especially during Yoga Therapy individual sessions).

Location: Casa Pantha, Velez-Malaga (Spain) –

When: November 11-12 – we will work together from Saturday morning to Sunday evening, so, it’s better if you arrive on Friday. If you want to stay longer, there is no problem, just inform me in advance (10€ / extra night)

Price: 240€/person – 400€/couple (the price includes 3 nights, 4 yoga sessions, 2 breakfasts and 1 meal)

Lodging: 2 rooms with double bed & 1 room with 2 single beds

This fall, if you have a week or 10 days free and willing to take advantage of it to do more yoga, you can combine 2 of the fall events to create a 10 days “yog’escapade”.

The last 3 events of the season here can be linked together, and you can stay at the house during the week in between.

For example, you can come to the event “From Duality to Unity” and stay the entire week, enjoy the house and the beach, and join the second event “Clear the Clog” the following weekend. Or make the most of November, under the sun of Andalucía, and have a 10 days wellness, enjoying a deep relaxing experience with “Clear the Clog” and “Secrets of the Dormant Seed” before the craziness of Christmas Holidays begins…
