A Tantric Approach on Ayurveda
This retreat will help you to have a better understanding about your health, yoga and meditation practices, and life in general, showing you how Ayurveda, Yoga and Tantra are linked together to promote well-being, vitality, and a healthy & fulfilling life (including sexuality).
During this event, we will explore the different aspects of Ayurveda related to yoga asanas practice, health, and of course, a tantric approach, including how Ayurveda can improve health and sexuality. Life is about change and uncertainty, especially when it’s about relationship and sex-life. Between shame and urges, it’s not always so easy to remain ourselves…
Ayurveda demonstrates how to prevent diseases, by showing us how to sustain our inner-harmony and keep our balance, on both mental and physical levels. Ayurveda and yoga, coupled with Tantra, give us all the tools and knowledge we need to stay mentally and physically healthy, spiritually and sexually fulfilled.
Beginners or advance practitioners, this retreat, apart from a deep connection to yourself & others, will give you the opportunity to learn this ancient secret of long and healthy life, transcending your sexuality into a more fulfilling and joyful part of your routine, and to discover how to stay strong but hearty, powerful but compassionate.

Your host:
David is a yoga therapist and Ayurveda practitioner, trained in India and Turkey (RYT 500). Through years of practice and study of different styles of Yoga and spiritual traditions, he has developed a unique practice, with a simple and effective method of teaching,
Spiritually inspired by the wisdom and compassion of the Buddhist tradition & Shivaism Tantra, and the universality of Krishnamurti’s teachings, each practice becomes a holistic journey that cultivates awareness & acceptance, authentic and universal values that give us the opportunity to discover who we really are, and to reach our true potential.
Because David’s style is enhanced by his experience as an Ayurveda Practitioner and a Yoga therapist, all activities, from a restorative/relaxing approach to the more powerful and challenging practice, are designed according to the students’ levels and needs (especially during Yoga Therapy individual sessions), creating a safe physical practice (with an emphasis on adequate body alignment & breathing) that sustains & nourishes your spiritual growth.
