The Retreat “Balance for Harmony” will develop a mindfulness practice for self-acceptance.
During this retreat, we will explore yoga asanas, meditation, breathing exercises and massage to mindfully and kindly accept ourselves as we are, beautifully imperfects. The whole range of yoga asana – from the standing postures to the restorative ones, along with inversions & twists – will challenge ourselves, observing the results and how we react to them. Through these physical postures, we will see how to accept and overcome our own limitations.
Thanks to a safe space, and a safe practice, we will be able to explore deeply our own inner-world, befriending our own darkness, accepting the experience, toward a spiritual transformation, starting with self-love.
Beginners or advanced practitioners, this retreat will give you a deeper connection to yourself, refining your inner-cohesion, harmonizing your energies and emotions. Becoming more aware of what’s happening inside, you will start your path to freedom and joy.
