Let’s explore darkness in the light of awareness.
This year, the beginning of Diwali, the Indian celebration of the victory of good against evil, also known as the festival of lights, coincides with Halloween.
During this extended weekend, we will explore this beautiful dance between darkness and light, duality and unity, our inner-demons and our own light. As winter is on the corner, it is the perfect time of the year to become aware again of the balance created by nature, while keeping in mind the impermanence of everything.
Through the whole range of yoga asanas, we will develop a safe yoga practice, thanks to the optimal alignment of the body, in tune with a deep breath, in order to recharge our energy level and own inner-light.
Meditation and mindfulness will allow us to go deeper into this spiritual tantric journey. We will become aware and accept our inner-darkness, but more importantly, we will listen to what it has to teach us about ourselves.
Beginners or advance practitioners, this retreat will give you a deeper connection to yourself, the opportunity to start refining the cohesion between your body and your mind, and to recreate this inner peace and unity, by accepting all parts of yourself, even the “darkest” ones.
As the number of participants is limited to 6, don’t wait too long…
Looking forward to seeing you.

Your host:
David is a yoga therapist and Ayurveda practitioner, trained in India and Turkey (RYT 500). Through years of practice and study of different styles of Yoga and spiritual traditions, he has developed a unique practice, with a simple and effective method of teaching,
Spiritually inspired by the wisdom and compassion of the Buddhist tradition & Shivaism Tantra, and the universality of Krishnamurti’s teachings, each practice becomes a holistic journey that cultivates awareness & acceptance, authentic and universal values that give us the opportunity to discover who we really are, and to reach our true potential.
Because David’s style is enhanced by his experience as an Ayurveda Practitioner and a Yoga therapist, all activities, from a restorative/relaxing approach to the more powerful and challenging practice, are designed according to the students’ levels and needs (especially during Yoga Therapy individual sessions), creating a safe physical practice (with an emphasis on adequate body alignment & breathing) that sustains & nourishes your spiritual growth.
