To be able to feel more deeply, it’s essential to cultivate mindfulness and deep relaxation.
Stress, among others, causes the body to tense, to close itself, creating tensions and blockages in the body, especially in 2 main zones: the shoulders area and the belly/waist area (which result in lower-back issues). Once relaxed, however, these points start to loosen up, tensions are released, and our energy level increases and begins to flow more freely, reaching the entire body.
When the mind is at rest and the body calm, we are capable to feel and listen the more subtle levels of our physical body. So, we will gently wake up the body through yoga asanas and breathing exercises.
During the massage, we will stimulate the skin, the nerve endings, in one word, all the network that participates physically & emotionally to our experience. Guided self-massage will allow you to understand and experience a genuine self intimate moment, that you will be able to give back when you massage another person.
Each session is designed to help us to sense on a more subtle level, to become aware of another level of experience.
