RETREAT DAY PROGRAM

A typical Retreat Yoga Day at Casa Pantha

A group retreat:

  • PRE-BREAKFAST PRACTICE: breathing exercise and gentle movements to open the body and boost the flow of energy, followed by 10 minutes of self-contemplation to remind yourself of your intentions for the day.
  • KARMA YOGA: preparation of the breakfast, followed by the breakfast and an hour of rest.
  • MORNING PRACTICE: yoga class designed according to the theme of the event.
  • AFTERNNON: you are free until the evening (=late afternoon) practice. So, you can go to the beach, go out for a walk, enjoy the local culinary specialities (if you prefer to stay in, we can prepare lunch together), and you can also take advantage of this time to read (we have a lots of books on different subjects), contemplate and reflect (take time for yourself), ask me questions if you need to clear a doubt or want to go further about a particular subject (we can also organise a “healing-hour” session)… free as a bird
  • EVENING PRACTICE: will be designed according to the specific requirements of the retreat. It can be a yoga class, a semi-guided meditation, a massage learning session, an energy work, a healing session…

A retreat 1-to-1:

As an individual retreat, we will talk in advance to see the best way to help you reach your goal, so the following schedule is only an template that can change according to your specific needs.

  • MORNING PRACTICE: a yoga practice designed according to your specific situation, which may include yoga asanas, breathing exercise and/or semi-guided meditation, followed by 10 minutes of self-contemplation to remind yourself of your intentions for the day.
  • KARMA YOGA: preparation of the breakfast, followed by the breakfast. If you need to clear a doubt or want to go further about a particular subject, it would be a nice opportunity to talk about it.
  • AFTERNNON: you are free until the evening (=late afternoon) practice. So, you can go out for a walk, enjoy the local culinary specialities. However, if you prefer to stay in, we can prepare lunch together as a form of karma yoga; you can also take advantage of this time to read (we have a lots of books on different subjects), contemplate and reflect (take time for yourself)… (If you book a massage, it will take place late afternoon)
  • totally optional, but always available: if you feel the need to be listened to, or the feeling you need to talk about something in particular, anything at all, we can organise a “healing-hour” session late afternoon.
  • EVENING PRACTICE: will be designed according to your specific requirements. It can be a yoga class, a semi-guided meditation, a massage, an energy work, a healing session…

A retreat as as couple:

  • MORNING PRACTICE: yoga class, breathing exercise, followed by 10 minutes of self-contemplation to remind yourself of your intentions for the day.
  • KARMA YOGA: preparation of the breakfast. The breakfast can be a nice opportunity to talk about something you need to clarify, or even extend it as a “healing-hour” session, where we can talk of anything you need to speak about…
  • AFTERNNON: you are free until the evening (=late afternoon) practice. So, you can go out and enjoy the local culinary specialities.
  • totally optional, but always available: if one of you, or both together, need to talk about something that brothering you, a doubt, something that is not clear (or you are not sure if you understand it completely), whatever it is, we can organise a “healing-hour” session late afternoon.
  • However, if you prefer to stay in, we can prepare lunch together as a form of karma yoga; after that, you can also take advantage of this time to read (we have a lots of books on different subjects), contemplate and reflect (take time for yourself, alone), go for a walk, have some time at the beach… (If you book a massage, it will take place late afternoon)
  • EVENING PRACTICE: as a person, this intimacy session is designed to deepen your level of awareness, to control your energy and to explore safely the realm of your inner emotional universe. As a couple, you will become more aware of your partner’s energy, experiencing how to share and nurture it, bringing your relationship and sexuality from the physical plane to a deeper, more subtle, spiritual connection.
