A typical Healing Yoga Day at Casa Pantha
Before your arrival, we will talk in advance to see the best way to help you reach your goal, so the following schedule is only an template that can change according to your specific needs.
- MORNING PRACTICE: a yoga practice designed according to your specific situation, which may include yoga asanas, breathing exercise and/or semi-guided meditation, followed by 10 minutes of self-contemplation to remind yourself of your intentions for the day.
- AFTERNNON: you are free until the evening (=late afternoon) practice. So, you can go out and enjoy what the area has to offer, or you can stay and take advantage of this time to read (we have a lots of books on different subjects), contemplate and reflect (take time for yourself)… or if you feel the need to speak, clear a doubt or talk about something in particular, anything at all, the afternoon will be a nice time to do so. (If you book a massage, it will take place late afternoon)
- EVENING PRACTICE: will be designed according to your specific requirements. It can be a yoga class, a semi-guided meditation, an energy work, a healing session…
If you come as couple the EVENING PRACTICE is designed to deepen your level of awareness, to control your energy and to explore safely the realm of your inner emotional universe. As a couple, you will become more aware of your partner’s energy, experiencing how to share and nurture it, bringing your relationship and sexuality from the physical plane to a deeper, more subtle, spiritual connection.
