Unity can only happen when we lift the veil of illusions created by the lure of duality.
As we explore the whole range of yoga asanas, through a safe yoga practice, thanks to the optimal alignment of the body, we will feel that even movement needs stillness, like strength needs flexibility, to see balance in what seems to be chaos.
Meditation and mindfulness will allow us to go deeper into the foundational Tantra concept of Shiva-Shakti, the 2 primary principles of Creation, elements & energy. Through the understanding of their relationship, we will develop inner-strength in flexibility, relaxation in alertness, and steadiness in impermanence.
Beginners or advance practitioners, this gate-away will give you a deeper connection to yourself, helping you to refine the cohesion between body and mind, action and intentions, to develop a feeling of inner peace & unity, when the world around seems to be dedicated to duality.

Your host:
David is a yoga therapist and Ayurveda practitioner, trained in India and Turkey (RYT 500). Through years of practice and study of different styles of Yoga and spiritual traditions, he has developed a unique practice, with a simple and effective method of teaching,
Because David’s style is enhanced by his experience as an Ayurveda Practitioner and a Yoga therapist, each activity, from a restorative/relaxing approach to the more powerful and challenging yoga practice, is designed according to the students’ levels and needs (especially during Yoga Therapy individual sessions), creating a safe physical practice (with an emphasis on adequate body alignment & breathing) that sustains & nourishes our spiritual growth.
Spiritually inspired by the wisdom and compassion of the Buddhist tradition & Shivaism Tantra, and the universality of Krishnamurti’s teachings, each practice becomes a holistic journey that cultivates awareness & acceptance, authentic and universal values that give us the opportunity to discover who we really are, and to reach our true potential.
