The seasonal cycle of the Sun reflects the natural flow and exchange of energy. Spring is a time to rebirth, new beginnings, a time to bring projects to life as creative energy is rising up. As days are getting longer and warmer, let’s celebrate the victory of light over darkness, wisdom over ignorance.
Changes and transformations are the most natural process but somehow, we fear the impermanence of things…
During this couple of days, we will open ourselves physically through asanas to boost the flow of energy within, in a calm and safe manner, learning to welcome any change, including inner changes.
Through breath and guided meditation, we will link this physical work with our subtle inner universe, bringing together physical aptitudes and mental abilities, focusing not upon the limitations, but rather towards potential and new possibilities.
By accepting and integrating the cycle of the sun that reflects the natural flow of life itself, you will open yourself to the infinite possibilities nature creates, focusing on embracing & welcoming evolution as part of yourself without fear of life, nor death, being the ultimate transformation.
As the number of participants is limited to 6, don’t wait too long…
Looking forward to seeing you.

David is a yoga therapist and Ayurveda practitioner, trained in India and Turkey (RYT 500). Through years of practice and study of many different styles of Yoga, he has developed a unique practice, with a simple and effective method of teaching, with an emphasis on adequate body alignment & breathing. Spiritually inspired by the wisdom and compassion of the Buddhist tradition, each practice becomes a holistic journey that cultivates awareness & acceptance, authentic and universal values that give us the opportunity to discover who we really are, and to find our true place.
Because David’s style is enhanced by his experience as an Ayurveda Practitioner and Yoga therapist, all classes, from a restorative/relaxing approach to the more powerful and challenging practice, are designed according to the students’ levels and needs (especially during Yoga Therapy individual sessions).
