SUMMER CELEBRATION YOGA RETREAT

A creative get-away to celebrate the International Day of Yoga, to appreciate the abundance of nature (including our own generous nature) and to honor our sacred body. We will integrate the elements of fire and water to balance energy, as we generate movements with our body. Later on, we will gather this revitalized impulse in our hands to create actual pieces of art.

The first day will be based of course on the theme chosen for 2024, to participate to this global event and honor the yoga community. The theme is yet to be officially announced, closed to June…

The following days, we will open our physical body to receive the light of the sun, but also to let our own light shine through. We will then balance this fiery energy by incorporating into our practice the element of water (as our sacred body is made of around 60% of it).

As we gather the creative power of the sunlight, we will capture its essence by creating an altar together, to celebrate what summer represents, and to express what light combined with water means for each of us, bringing together the richness of each unique point of view.

I hope this few days will give you the opportunity to sense how you can be yourself, embrace your uniqueness, express yourself freely and be part of a loving community.

Nature is a teacher, a shelter, a healer, so embrace Your Nature

As the number of participants is limited to 6, don’t wait too long…

Looking forward to seeing you.
