Weekend-workshop Chakras balancing practice

During this weekend workshop, we will explore to understand and experience these energy centres that are Chakras, a chain-like system that travels along our upper-body, from the base of the spine to the crone of our head, to ultimately have a better comprehension of how work our energy throughout the body.

With this “Chakras Balancing Practice”, we will explore mindfully the whole range of yoga postures in order to have a better understanding of what are the Chakras, how they work, and how to balance them.

Beginners or advanced practitioners, this workshop will give you the opportunity to refine your own practice, thanks to a better comprehension of this system of energy centres. You will be able to balance them, reaching and maintaining their harmony sustainingly.

 

When: May 11-12 – the weekend will be divided into 3 independant – but related and complementary – sessions, one on Saturday afternoon, and two on Sunday (morning and afternoon).

Location: Casa Pantha, Velez-Malaga (Spain). Our small town is about 35 km from Malaga Airport, and only 5 km to the nudist beach. The village is easily reachable by bus (direct from Malaga).

Accommodation: if you are willing to participate to the whole weekend, you can also stay at Casa Pantha in its guest area. (if you’re attending alone, please notice that you may have to share a bed if the retreat is full)  –  casapantha.com

David is a yoga therapist and Ayurveda practitioner, trained in India and Turkey (RYT 500).
