Weekend-workshop Chakras balancing practice

During this weekend workshop, we will explore to understand and experience these energy centres that are Chakras, a chain-like system that travels along our upper-body, from the base of the spine to the crone of our head, to ultimately have a better comprehension of how work our energy throughout the body.

With this “Chakras Balancing Practice”, we will explore mindfully the whole range of yoga postures in order to have a better understanding of what are the Chakras, how they work, and how to balance them.
