Yoga Therapy is a mind-body practice focusing on the therapeutic benefits of Yoga to promote and restore physical, emotional and mental health.
Being adaptive, its practice is suitable to anyone who doesn’t feel comfortable with “mainstream” yoga, especially seniors, and will assist anyone with injuries, chronic pain, or any kind of other limitations (physical or emotional*), like for example any issue linked to a sedentary lifestyle (such as lower back problem, lack of muscle tone, body stiffness, general low energy level…).
